POLICY INSTITUTE
Towards a new Enlightenment
The Policy Institute is an independent body committed to researching how principles of market economics, property rights, the rule of law and limited government can be applied to modern Scotland. Its focus is on a broad range of current issues including the economy, public services, the environment and the governance of Scotland. Its main activities are to produce and publish high quality but accessible research and to hold various events as a forum for debate. Its ambition is no less than to recreate enthusiasm for the liberal principles of the Scottish Enlightenment and thus put Scotland back at the forefront of the world both economically and socially. As an educational charity, the Policy Institute is independent of any political party or commercial interest. For more detail select one of the buttons below
